Applicable to GidiSteel Properties LTD, Property Allocations, and Real Estate School Enrolment
1. Property Allocations and Pricing
All property listings, plot dimensions (e.g. 250 sqm, 500 sqm), and starting pricing published on this website are subject to formal survey verification and physical availability at the time of contract execution. Official allocations are finalized upon execution of formal contract papers and fulfillment of agreed payment milestone terms.
2. Real Estate School Enrolment
Tuition fees for the GidiSteel Real Estate School (₦75,000 NGN) are payable in full via Paystack prior to programme admission confirmation. Course materials and access notices are communicated directly to the registered student. Registrations are non-transferable without prior administrative authorization.
3. Related Ventures & Disclaimer
Ranthive is an independent technology platform operating in partnership with Astro X Technologies and the GidiSteel ecosystem. Terms governing the Ranthive platform are managed independently under Ranthive’s portal guidelines.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction residing within the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
